Island of Elba

Elba is the third largest Italian Island and the largest in the Tuscan Archipelago.

It is linked by numerous daily crossings by ferry or by hydrofoil, which cover the 10 nautical miles that separate Elba from the mainland.

Although the perimeter of its coasts only measure 147 km the island offers a mild climate with a multitude of different landscapes: romantic fishermen’s villages, mountain top villages, ancient castles, green valleys and charming gulfs are alternated with splendid sandy and pebble beaches.

Within a few minutes you can go from steep cliffs that disappear into the crystal clear sea to the granite massif of Monte Capanne 1019m high.

The presence of innumerable historical and cultural testimonies, together with the extraordinary natural beauties.
